Z's first day of Kindergarten!

I can't believe my baby is a Kindergartner!  He had a GREAT first day on Friday and I was so happy for him.  Starting this next Friday, he will be going to school 2 full days and 3 half days....the full days are what he is most worried about.  I think that the transition next Friday will be tougher than this past Friday was.  For this first day, he was all smiles!

Lil'C was a different story..."I go school too?".  Technically they would take her even though most preschools would not because of her October birthday.  However, Z's tuition went up $100 a month this year and adding in tuition for her would be too much.  So she is home with me this year and I know in a few weeks we will find our rhythm and groove and enjoy this time together (she ended up liking the one on one time on Friday together). Next year, that girl will be jumping out of the car and running into the building without looking back to see my tear stained face...she is ready to go!
