In the book The Happiness Project, Gretchen broke her year long "Happiness Project" into 11 focus areas (one each month) and used the last month as a "Bootcamp" to try out everything she had been working on. I decided to follow the same set up for my own "Happiness Project" but changed up the themes a bit to make them fit the things that I want to work on. Here is my plan broken down by month :)
