Focus on the Family--February

Click here to peak at how we did with January's "Focus on the Family" feature.  All of the items we accomplished are highlighted in red and I am proud of our progress given all that went on last month.   For those of you who do not know, "Focus on the Family" is where I post our family goals for that month.  It has been a wonderful experience for me and it helps to guide the things that we do. Here is what I have for February :)

Family Time

*Plan a family fun day

*Celebrate Grandpa's Jeff's birthday

*Spend lots of time with Chi Chi (and Neene) before he leaves for Turkey
*Have more dance parties :)
*Take time to Play, Play, Play!!!

Z and C Time

*sign Z up for swim

*Take them on at least one adventure
*enjoy this month of love and friendship with some wonderful Valentine's Day Activities

*find a new pediatrician

Momma Time

*Mom's night out with my friend R

*WORK OUT (does shoveling, cleaning and running after C count??)

*girls night with La

*Take one morning this month for ME

*Continue my Advent Letter project and random acts of kindness

Momma and Papa Time

*Finally Start a evening Pilates routine 2-3 times a week!!!

*Go on the date night that I planned for Christmas

*have one home date

Home Time

*Start my Spring Cleaning--Focus on the Master Bedroom

*Clean my car

*Continue to round up stuff for our spring yard sale

*Sell More Stuff on Ebay and Amazon

*Work to fall in love with my house again

Counting My Blessings
I am so blessed to have such a such a wonderful home, close to both family and friends.  I often get caught up with all of the things that need to be fixed in my house and don't focus on all that I am blessed to have. My house is the perfect size for us, Z describes it as "cozy".  We don't have anything fancy in our home and but it is the perfect place to relax, play and be ourselves.  I love New England and its four distinct seasons (you won't catch me on FB complaining about weather) and I love being within 35 minutes of my sisters, mom and dad and best friend.  This is HOME and I love it!
